Dr. Anthony Rice Jr. is our disability and compensation examiner.
Dr. Rice did his undergraduate studies at Canisius College in Buffalo, where he studied Bio-Chemistry. He attended the University of Buffalo Medical School, and graduated in 1998. Dr. Rice did his residency at Womack Army Medical Center located in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He was then stationed at Fort Hood, Texas where he worked as a Primary Care Physician. Dr. Rice served in Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Field Physician in 2003. He was honorably discharged in December of that year.
Dr. Rice’s experience since 2003 includes 20+ years in primary care and three years at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV. While there, he performed veteran pension and compensation exams.
Christine Johnson has been a nurse for over 25 years. She is also a service connected US Army Nurse Corps Veteran. Ms. Johnson currently scribes for doctor Rice and works as his nurse. She has three adult children and has lived in the Hampton Roads area since 2018. She is part owner of the company.
